Madness Pig: Level 5 adds summoned at the first health-bar break. Get it by Summoned mid-fight by the two-bar boar mini-bosses. Use it to Kill them before the second bar. Fighting the boss and the pigs together empties stamina.
Madness Pigs spawn when the first health bar of the Boar Chieftain or Corrupted Rage Pig breaks. They are level 5. Leave the boss's reach, kill the pigs, then go back.

Kill them before the second bar. Fighting the boss and the pigs together empties stamina.
You keep the character level you already reached, and the experience bar toward the next level returns to zero. You respawn in a town. Optional Permanent Death mode is a separate ruleset in which death deletes the character.
On a keyboard, press O to toggle first person and third person. The experience page lists PC, console, mobile, and tablet. In-game key remapping is reported as unavailable.
The Codes screen and the in-game cog menu are both documented, but no working code string and no expired code string were published as of October 17, 2026. Do not type placeholder words.
Player trading of Col and items is reported to unlock at character level 5. Below that level the trade menu does not complete a transfer.
The weapon has to be drawn first. Press Q. If the blade is sheathed, left click does not damage the target. Third person makes the sheath state easier to see.
